Full Roof Replacement – Charcoal Architectural Shingles

Project Overview

Complete tear-off and full roof replacement on a two-story residential home in Wayne, NJ. The existing asphalt shingles had reached end of life with widespread granule loss, cracking, and active leaks. Analysis

Process
