Duraproof Construction started the way most good things do — with family, a handshake, and the belief that honest work speaks louder than any advertisement. We are rooted in Rutherford, New Jersey, and we have been building, repairing, and protecting homes across this state for over fifteen years.
Where It All Began
It started with two brothers who learned construction the way most things worth learning are taught — by doing. Summers on job sites. Winters in the cold, figuring out what it takes to make a roof hold against a New Jersey nor'easter.
We never wanted to be the biggest company in the state. We wanted to be the one that people called back. The one neighbors recommended to neighbors. The one where, when something wasn't right, we came back and made it right — no argument, no invoice.
Fifteen years later, that philosophy still runs through everything we do. We are still family-owned. We are still hands-on. And we still treat every home we touch the way we'd want someone to treat ours.
